BEYOND THE EPISODE
No right answer.
Just a little room to listen to ourselves.
What part of your life feels most like your own?
Think of a recent moment when you felt at ease being yourself. What was present in that moment? What could you make a little more room for?
You might write a few lines in a journal, or simply let the question accompany you tonight.
THE PERSON BEHIND THE VOICE
I’m a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and the host of Late Night Talks. My work has always been rooted in a desire to help people feel seen and heard.
Here, that takes the shape of thoughtful conversations, stories, and guided listening. I’m drawn to the place where our everyday lives meet the bigger questions about who we are, what we believe, and how we make meaning.
We can be curious together. There’s room for faith, for uncertainty, and for a little humor along the way.
Come join the conversation ↗I’m working on a book about relationships. It grew out of questions I’ve come back to in my own life, and I’m looking forward to sharing it with you when it’s ready.
